Sr. Analyst, FP&A

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Analyst, FP&A based in the United States. This role is a key finance partner supporting business performance, planning, and strategic decision-making across multiple operating divisions.You will analyze financial performance, cash flow, working capital, budgets, forecasts, and business trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.The position combines hands-on financial analysis with reporting, modeling, business partnering, and management dashboard development.You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other functional leaders to understand business drivers and translate complex data into clear recommendations.A major focus will be developing and executing an AI roadmap to improve efficiency across finance and accounting activities.You will also contribute to investor relations, board materials, quarterly reforecasting, and recurring business reviews.This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded finance professional seeking meaningful exposure to strategic FP&A in a high-growth environment.
