This part-time, fully remote role is designed for a hands-on SQL Server professional supporting production environments during high-density weekend coverage.You will serve as a first line of defense for critical database incidents, alerts, customer requests, and operational issues.The role combines real-time troubleshooting with planned maintenance, performance optimization, patching, backups, and high-availability support.You will work directly with multiple clients through remote sessions, translating complex database issues into clear, practical guidance.Success requires strong technical judgment, proactive communication, and the ability to remain composed while resolving time-sensitive production problems.With a focused 17-hour weekly schedule, this opportunity offers meaningful production DBA experience alongside flexibility and remote work.
