This role supports small business customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored banking and credit card solutions.You’ll guide customers through products, services, transactions, and next steps while delivering a professional and efficient experience.The position combines customer service, consultative selling, problem-solving, and financial services expertise.You’ll identify opportunities to connect customers with additional solutions and internal specialists when appropriate.The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to privacy, compliance, and responsible risk management.You’ll work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment where clear communication and reliable execution are highly valued.Candidates must be comfortable working a flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday, between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m.
