This role is responsible for supporting and strengthening enterprise middleware platforms within a global infrastructure environment.You will provide L2 support for mission-critical applications, ensuring reliable performance, availability, and operational continuity.The position combines hands-on middleware administration with technical escalation, troubleshooting, and infrastructure optimization.You’ll work closely with application developers, end users, internal IT teams, and external technology partners.The role also contributes to cloud adoption, high-availability architecture, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and platform upgrades.You’ll have opportunities to influence technical standards, share expertise, and guide other team members.Success requires strong technical judgment, structured problem-solving, and the ability to deliver dependable solutions in a production environment.
