This is an opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of non-performing commercial and business-purpose mortgage assets.You’ll lead complex loss mitigation, enforcement, workout, and liquidation strategies from initial default through resolution.The role combines borrower engagement, financial and property analysis, negotiation, and commercial real estate expertise.You’ll work closely with legal counsel, brokers, property managers, inspectors, appraisers, and other specialized vendors.Your recommendations will directly influence recovery outcomes and help maximize value for lender and investor clients.The position offers significant autonomy in a deadline-driven environment where sound judgment and proactive problem-solving are essential.Occasional travel may be required, with the role primarily supporting a geographically diverse portfolio remotely.
