Overview Are you an experienced quality assurance professional with a passion for language quality, AI, and team leadership? We are looking for a Spanish (Spain)-speaking Quality Control Lead to join a large-scale AI training program. In this role, you will lead the quality strategy for the Spanish (Spain) locale, ensuring consistent guideline application, coaching Quality Control Reviewers, and maintaining high-quality standards across a variety of AI training tasks. What you will do: Lead and support a team of approximately 10 Quality Control Reviewers, ensuring consistent quality standards across the Spanish (Spain) locale.
