Solutions Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solutions Consultant based in United States. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in helping prospective customers understand how workplace technology can solve complex business and operational challenges. You will partner closely with Account Executives throughout sophisticated B2B SaaS sales cycles, from discovery through technical validation and close.You’ll translate customer needs into compelling solution architectures, tailored demonstrations, and measurable business outcomes.The role spans Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, IT, HR, and Workplace teams, requiring strong commercial awareness and technical credibility.You’ll lead technical evaluations, POCs, RFPs, security discussions, integrations, and enterprise architecture conversations.AI and agentic technologies will be central to how you research, prepare, design solutions, and improve your workflows.This is an opportunity to combine consultative selling, technical expertise, storytelling, and AI fluency in a fast-moving, technology-forward environment.
