Solutions Consultant

The role & it's impact: As a Partner Consultant you will act as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner, working alongside our sales team to deliver custom solution designs for accounting practice partners. You will translate complex partner requirements into scalable workflow strategies, identifying potential risks early and helping client firms unlock maximum long-term value from the Xero platform. By combining deep accounting knowledge with consultative technical expertise, you will lead solution scoping, conduct tailored product demonstrations, and guide partners through seamless migrations. Your efforts will directly drive active software adoption, transforming accountants and bookkeepers into passionate, long-term champions.
