This is a senior, customer-facing architecture role focused on helping enterprise organizations build scalable, production-ready observability environments.You’ll lead technical discovery, design end-to-end telemetry architectures, and establish the technical foundation for complex implementations.The role combines deep expertise in observability, OpenTelemetry, cloud infrastructure, and Kubernetes with strong architectural judgment.You’ll work closely with Implementation Engineers, customers, and senior technical stakeholders from discovery through go-live and beyond.You’ll also shape migration strategies, develop reusable reference architectures, and establish standards that improve implementation quality across the broader organization.As a technical authority, you’ll mentor engineers, solve novel customer challenges, and turn field learnings into scalable practices and product feedback.This is an opportunity to operate at significant technical depth while serving as a force multi...
