Solutions Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solutions Architect based in Italy. This is a high-impact Solutions Architect opportunity focused on bringing cutting-edge Voice AI technology to Arabic-speaking markets. You will serve as a hands-on technical partner for enterprise customers, owning implementations from initial discovery through production deployment. The role combines customer-facing solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, technical delivery, and post-launch support. You will design solutions around real-world customer environments, technical constraints, and data-residency requirements while building reusable patterns that can accelerate future engagements. As the first dedicated technical presence for the region, you will also shape the regional playbook and influence product development through direct customer insights. The environment is fast-moving, AI-first, globally distributed, and highly collaborative, with significant autonomy and technical ownership.
