We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager who is a hands-on technical leader to guide a team of talented engineers in this critical area. You will manage a team responsible for full-stack development, partner closely with Product Management and Design to define the roadmap and drive execution, acting as a force multiplier for the team.


AS A SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

- Build and Grow a High-Performing Team: Manage, mentor, and grow a full stack team of 5–10 engineers. You will be responsible for hiring top talent, managing performance, and fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Drive Cross-Functional Impact: Partner tightly with Product Managers and UX Designers to understand & translate customer needs into robust technical solutions. You will play a key role in shaping the product roadmap and ensuring the team creates intuitive, seamless user experiences.

- Lead Technical Strategy, Execution & Delivery: Actively participate in design reviews, technical decision-making, and oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle. Ensure the team delivers on time with high quality, balancing speed of delivery with long-term architectural health and scalability.
