Software Engineer - Platform, Mission Systems

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Software Engineer - Platform, Mission Systems based in Canada. Join a mission-focused engineering team building the software and infrastructure that supports the operation of a large satellite constellation. You’ll develop and operate cloud-based services that automate critical spacecraft operations and reduce operational complexity.The role combines software engineering, infrastructure, distributed systems, and platform reliability in a highly collaborative environment.You’ll work across teams spanning satellite and ground operations, data pipelines, and product engineering.Your work will directly support systems used to monitor, control, schedule, and process telemetry from spacecraft.You’ll have opportunities to evaluate modern technologies, improve engineering standards, and solve complex problems at scale.This is a fully remote position, with an expectation of three days per week in an office if you live near one.
