Software Engineer (Lake Analytics Platform)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Software Engineer (Lake Analytics Platform) based in Brazil. As a Software Engineer on a Lake Analytics Platform team, you will help operate and enhance the infrastructure that moves governed data from durable storage to business applications, analytics, and AI.You will work across lakehouse foundations, access control, data governance, semantic layers, and internal developer tooling.The role focuses on extending established platform capabilities rather than defining entirely new architectures.You will maintain integrations, self-service automation, deployment workflows, and governance features within a cloud-based analytical environment.Operational reliability will be central to your work, including observability, incident response, troubleshooting, and on-call support.This is a hands-on opportunity for an engineer who can quickly navigate an existing platform, contribute effectively, and leave clear documentation for a smooth transition.
