Software Engineer (Enterprise Experience, Backend)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Software Engineer (Enterprise Experience, Backend) based in France. This role is focused on building the backend capabilities that help large organizations operate complex developer infrastructure confidently and reliably. You’ll join a cross-functional engineering team responsible for the administrator and operator experience, from scalability and upgrades to observability, security, and auditability. The position combines hands-on Go development with database engineering, distributed systems, performance optimization, and production support. You’ll own features end to end, contributing from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing operation. You’ll work closely with product, design, platform, and QA colleagues to solve real-world enterprise challenges. It’s an opportunity to contribute to a modern cloud-native platform while tackling technically demanding problems at meaningful scale.
