This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Software Engineer | AI-Native based in Brazil. This is an opportunity to join an early-stage startup building an AI-powered secured lending product from the ground up.You will work on a complex product involving credit analysis, business rules, exceptions, and multiple data integrations.The engineering approach is AI-native, with coding agents embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.You will combine strong engineering fundamentals with critical thinking to guide, review, and improve AI-generated solutions.The role spans architecture, backend integrations, application development, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting.You will work closely with Product to translate ambiguous business problems into structured, scalable technical solutions.This is a high-autonomy environment where you can directly influence the architecture, product, and engineering practices as the company grows.
