Social Media Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Social Media Specialist based in India. We are looking for a proactive, creative, and data-driven Social Media Specialist to take ownership of a founder-led social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant channels. You will manage the complete content lifecycle, from identifying ideas and developing hooks to coordinating edits, publishing content, engaging with audiences, and analysing results. This is a hands-on role with significant creative ownership and responsibility for maintaining a consistent, high-quality publishing pipeline. You will work closely with video editors and other stakeholders while using performance data to continuously improve content. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly focused on measurable outcomes, accuracy, and audience growth. The role also offers opportunities to experiment with emerging platforms, formats, AI tools, and content strategies.
