The role / impact In this role, you will lead the charge in strengthening connections with our North American community of accountants and bookkeepers. You will serve as a vital link between Xero and our partners, ensuring their unique regional voices and ideas are championed within our broader content strategy. By fostering a vibrant, high-sentiment community, you will help empower small businesses and build a stronger economy. Your work involves a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on creativity, from managing regional influencer campaigns to capturing authentic, social-first content at industry events. You will also provide dedicated social media support for Melio, helping to reposition the brand and drive credibility through engaging, platform-appropriate content and community growth initiatives.
