Hi, I’m Harriet, Ashby’s VP Marketing. I joined Ashby in August 2022 to lead the Marketing function. My career journey has been anything but linear starting out as a yoga teacher, working as an M&A lawyer, before finding my happy place in marketing. This is a common theme across the team, and we love to see people who have built their skills both inside and outside the marketing discipline. Over the past ~4 years, we’ve gone from a stealth brand to the default operating system for over 5,000 of the most ambitious companies in tech, finance, and healthcare. On this journey, we’ve also amassed a marketing team of ~30 folks from across North America and Europe who are some of the brightest and most humble humans that want to ‘win’, and have fun doing so. Our culture is focused on creating a space to do lots of career-defining work with the tools, people, and focus that means minimal thrash and lots of autonomy.
