We’re looking for an SMB Account Manager to join our Kuwait team. In this role, you’ll maintain and grow relationships with a portfolio of independent and multi-site restaurant partners, ensuring they operate with brilliant basics while driving sustainable growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

You’ll be joining the Small Medium Business (SMB) team. This team is the engine room of our restaurant ecosystem in the UAE, focusing on hyper-local growth and building long-term value for our diverse range of partners.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with small and medium restaurant accounts through proactive face-to-face meetings.

- Drive sustainable growth by identifying focus areas and growth levers across your portfolio to implement scalable solutions.

- Cross-sell and upsell key Deliveroo services, ensuring partners have the right tools to succeed in a competitive marketplace.

- Diagnose and report on performance KPIs, independently resolving day-to-day issues and unlocking critical value improvements.

- Lead the delivery agenda, ensuring your partners operate with "brilliant basics" to provide the best possible experience for customers.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

- Commercial Mindset: Proven ability to drive yourself toward monthly targets and objectives with a "get it done" attitude.

- Bilingual Communication: Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for managing our diverse partner base in the UAE.

- Data Literacy: Strong experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or formula-based tools; experience with Looker is a significant plus.

- Relationship Management: A natural communicator who is well-organised, efficient, and comfortable being "on the ground" with partners.

- Problem Solving: Ability to independently diagnose inefficiencies and implement solutions against multiple partners simultaneously.
