Skills Development Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Skills Development Partner based in South Africa. This is a strategic learning and development role focused on building critical capabilities across a fast-growing fintech environment.You’ll own the organisation’s skills development strategy while ensuring compliance with South African legislative and transformation requirements.The role combines programme design, governance, stakeholder management, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.You’ll work closely with leadership, Human Capital teams, SETAs, and external partners to identify skills gaps and deliver impactful development initiatives.Your work will span learnerships, internships, apprenticeships, leadership development, upskilling, and the development of a future Learning Academy.You’ll also use analytics, automation, and process improvements to strengthen learning outcomes, reporting accuracy, and return on investment.This is an opportunity to shape both individual career development and broader organisational capability while contributing to a strong learning culture.
