What You’ll Do - Model the Business: Design, manage, and pressure-test complex financial models across the data center investment lifecycle — including lease, acquisitions and development - Own Leadership Reporting: Prepare and deliver materials for senior management and the Board. - Execute Transactions: Support negotiation of LOIs, PSAs, and lease agreements, and manage diligence and closing processes through to funding. - Shape Location Strategy: Help define which markets and submarkets to pursue based on power availability, customer demand, and competitive positioning. - Evaluate Opportunities: Underwrite individual sites and leases in partnership wi...
