Our partner is looking for a Site Contract Specialist-II / Contract Manager II (Sponsor Dedicated) based in Brazil. This role is responsible for managing clinical site contracts and budgets within a sponsor-dedicated clinical research environment.You will independently support Clinical Trial Agreements, amendments, site budget negotiations, and contract lifecycle activities.The position plays an important role in helping clinical studies progress efficiently from start-up through site activation.You will collaborate with legal, finance, clinical operations, study teams, and external sites to keep negotiations moving forward.The role combines contract expertise, negotiation, project management, and proactive risk identification.You will work closely with a dedicated Sponsor, building strong relationships while developing deep expertise in clinical contracting processes.This is an opportunity to contribute directly to the operational progress of clinical trials and the delivery of important therapies to patients.
