Site Construction Planner – Hydropower Projects

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Site Construction Planner – Hydropower Projects based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in the planning and execution of major hydropower construction projects across Québec. You will develop and manage detailed, resource-loaded schedules while working closely with site teams, subcontractors, project leadership, and customers. Your planning expertise will directly contribute to efficient construction sequencing, resource optimization, and successful project delivery. You will monitor progress, productivity, risks, and schedule performance, identifying issues early and driving effective recovery actions. The position combines field-based project planning, technical analysis, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on problem solving. It is well suited to an experienced construction planner who enjoys working in complex industrial environments and making a tangible impact on large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
