SES Project Lead

The SES Project Lead will drive the successful delivery of Site Enablement Solutions across the full lifecycle of clinical research projects.The role focuses on coordinating strategy, resources, operations, and delivery across complex, multi-region studies and programs.You will act as an internal consultant and key partner to study teams and sponsors, providing strategic guidance and progress updates.The position combines project leadership with responsibility for budgets, KPIs, quality, timelines, and overall service performance.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize site adoption, resource placement, risk management, and operational execution.This is a globally connected environment where strong communication, clinical trial expertise, and proactive problem-solving directly contribute to successful study outcomes.The role offers the opportunity to influence how clinical trial services are delivered while supporting sites, sponsors, and patients throughout the research journey.
