As a Services Delivery Manager, you’ll lead operational delivery across a professional services organisation supporting enterprise cybersecurity projects throughout India. You’ll oversee consultants delivering complex security implementations, migrations, upgrades, and customer engagements. The role combines people leadership, resource planning, delivery governance, customer management, and operational strategy in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with customers, sales, solution engineering, technical support, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
