This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect – ITSM + Integrations based in India. This is a senior technical leadership opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow professional with deep expertise across ITSM, Service Catalog, and integrations. You will architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions that address complex enterprise requirements and improve customer outcomes. The role combines hands-on platform development with solution architecture, technical leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with end users, IT teams, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. You will also guide engineering teams, uphold development standards, and support complex implementations from design through production.
