ServiceNow Solution Architect - AI

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect - AI, you will own the architecture of sophisticated ServiceNow applications that combine workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and agentic AI capabilities. You will shape scalable and secure solutions that enable AI-powered workflows while maintaining strong governance and human oversight. The role spans application design, user experiences, integrations, platform architecture, and AI orchestration. You will work closely with customer technical teams to assess environments, connectivity, identity, access, and deployment readiness. Your expertise will help ensure AI agents and automated workflows operate reliably within complex enterprise ecosystems.
