ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer

This is a senior ServiceNow engineering role focused on delivering scalable, high-quality solutions for complex enterprise environments.You will lead and mentor software engineers while contributing hands-on to large-scale professional services projects.The role combines technical design, platform development, configuration, integrations, ITSM processes, and operational support.You will work closely with customers, end users, technical SMEs, IT teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.A key focus will be ServiceNow customization, CMDB, service mapping, event management, workflows, and integrations with external systems.You will also contribute to production support, documentation, testing, and consistent engineering practices across ServiceNow environments.The role provides opportunities to deepen ServiceNow expertise through training, certifications, and exposure to innovative enterprise technology solutions.
