ServiceNow Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager based in the United States. This role leads ServiceNow platform operations and delivery for a federal government environment, serving as the primary management point of accountability.You will oversee delivery, staffing, priorities, performance, quality, risks, customer communications, transitions, and multi-vendor coordination.The position requires balancing operational stability with releases, security activities, incidents, and evolving backlog demands.You will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning platform operations, architecture, engineering, implementation, testing, and business analysis.A key focus is maintaining measurable service performance, contractual commitments, delivery continuity, and evidence-based reporting.You will also lead transitions, executive escalations, production governance, and customer-facing communications in a complex technology environment.This is a full-time remote opportunity requiring U.S. citizenship and the ability to satisfy applicable federal background-investigation requirements.
