ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Architect

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB Architect based in United States. This is a senior architecture role focused on designing, implementing, optimizing, and governing ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB capabilities at enterprise scale.You will establish a scalable CMDB foundation aligned with CSDM principles and enterprise configuration management practices.The role covers ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB governance, data quality, integrations, and service modeling.You will work across infrastructure, applications, cloud, network, security, asset management, ITSM, and AIOps environments.The position combines strategic architecture and roadmap ownership with hands-on technical configuration and troubleshooting.You will help improve the accuracy, usability, and sustainability of enterprise technology data and service relationships.This is a remote opportunity with up to 25% travel and availability required for occasional nights, weekends, and holidays.
