Service & Support Engineer-Additive Manufacturing

The Service & Support Engineer will provide hands-on technical service for advanced metal additive manufacturing equipment at customer sites.You will be responsible for installations, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and customer training.The role combines mechanical, electrical, automation, and technical support expertise in a fast-paced field environment.You will work directly with customers to diagnose equipment issues, implement effective solutions, and maintain high service standards.The position also involves close coordination with internal teams, spare-parts planning, equipment testing, and customer acceptance activities.With travel typically exceeding 90%, this is an ideal opportunity for a technically skilled professional who enjoys hands-on work and varied customer environments.You will play an important role in keeping sophisticated manufacturing systems operational, reliable, and productive.
