Service Designer - contract

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Service Designer based in Canada. This role offers the opportunity to shape inclusive, human-centred services within a meaningful government transformation program.You will work at the intersection of user needs, business objectives, operational considerations, and technical solutions.Your work will help translate research, requirements, and stakeholder insights into practical service and experience designs.You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and multidisciplinary teams throughout service design and planning phases.The role combines research, facilitation, journey mapping, functional design, and storytelling to guide important product and service decisions.You will have the opportunity to influence how services are planned and delivered within an Agile environment.This is a fully remote contract opportunity for a designer who enjoys solving complex challenges through collaboration and human-centred thinking.
