Senior UX and Product Design Consultant

This part-time consulting role offers the opportunity to shape user experience across a diverse portfolio of software products serving nonprofit organizations. You will act as a senior design advisor, influencing product strategy while improving the usability, accessibility and consistency of both modern and established applications. Rather than focusing solely on visual design, you will evaluate workflows, challenge assumptions and advocate for user-centered product decisions. Working closely with Product and Development teams, you will introduce practical UX methodologies and help establish lasting design standards. Your expertise will directly influence product roadmaps, feature development and customer outcomes.
