This is a high-impact design role focused on building and scaling a unified design system across a global SaaS product portfolio. You will combine hands-on design expertise with strategic influence, creating reusable components, design tokens, interaction patterns, and accessibility standards. Working closely with product designers and front-end engineers, you will help bridge the gap between design and implementation. You will also establish governance, documentation, and contribution practices that enable teams to work consistently and efficiently. The role offers the opportunity to shape design quality across multiple products while mentoring other designers and influencing technical and product decisions.
