ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Senior Trader at Pave Bank, you'll play a key role in executing multi-asset trading strategies and managing the bank's FX and digital asset exposures, liquidity, and treasury operations across global markets. Working across G20 and emerging-market FX, fixed income, derivatives, and digital assets/stablecoins, you'll help optimise trade execution, manage risk, and strengthen the bank's network of liquidity providers and OTC counterparties. Beyond day-to-day trading, you'll have the opportunity to build and improve trading and treasury workflows, leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency, market analysis, and decision-making.
