Senior Technical SEO Manager

THE ROLE / IMPACT As a Senior Technical SEO Manager, you will own the technical SEO roadmap and the SEO analytics function for xero.com http://xero.com, ensuring Xero is discoverable, measurable and continuously improving across both traditional search engines and AI answer engines. Your work shapes how millions of small businesses, accountants and bookkeepers find Xero. Working across a site that spans more than a dozen markets, you will lead advanced technical audits, translate what you find into a roadmap prioritised by business impact, and partner with engineering to deliver the fixes. You will also own how performance is measured, building automated reporting that turns complex search data into insight stakeholders can act on. Answer engine optimisation sits at the heart of this remit. How Xero is crawled, understood and cited by AI search is still being defined, and you will be one of the people defining it.
