Senior Technical Recruiter, Engineering & Architecture

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter, Engineering & Architecture based in Canada. This is a remote senior recruiting role focused on hiring engineers, architects, and other specialized technical professionals across complex and highly competitive talent markets. You will manage searches spanning architecture, engineering, construction, infrastructure, technology, and professional services, supporting teams across multiple business units and locations. The role places a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and long-term relationship building. You will develop deep knowledge of the technical disciplines you recruit for, including credentials, project experience, and market dynamics. You will also use recruiting data and market insights to continuously refine sourcing strategies and improve pipeline performance. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, compensation, hiring managers, and business leaders, you will play a visible role in supporting continued organizational growth.
