ABOUT THIS ROLE: A lot of technical recruiting jobs at startups are a sprint: a big hiring push, a pile of reqs, then a hiring freeze and a reorg. This isn't that. Our engineering hiring is steady and it's going to stay that way, so we want someone who'd rather go deep with a handful of engineering teams than churn through whatever's on fire this week. The tradeoff: you'll be expected to actually understand what you're hiring for and how your work impacts the business overall. You'll be a Talent Business Partner to the LiveKit team.
