This position bridges product strategy, technical integration, and customer engagement, translating complex business workflows into scalable technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, customer success, implementation teams, and external partners to design and deliver integrations that meet real-world customer needs. From API architecture and data mapping to troubleshooting and deployment, you will take ownership of customer solutions from initial discovery through successful implementation.
