This is a senior technical leadership opportunity focused on architecting, building, and operating mission-critical voice infrastructure.You will lead the evolution of Asterisk-based VoIP platforms across cloud and on-premise environments, with a strong focus on scalability and reliability.The role combines deep hands-on expertise in SIP and telephony with architectural ownership and engineering leadership.You will guide teams working on call routing, IVRs, automation, integrations, monitoring, and real-time communication systems.You will also drive cloud telephony initiatives across AWS, GCP, or Azure while strengthening security, performance, and availability.The position offers an opportunity to shape advanced voice capabilities, including analytics, conversational AI, and real-time audio pipelines.You’ll collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, Security, and Networking teams to deliver resilient communication solutions at scale.
