The Senior Technical Business Analyst will bridge business needs and technical delivery across digital modernization initiatives.This role partners directly with product owners, business users, developers, QA teams, and other analysts to turn complex requirements into actionable delivery plans.You’ll investigate existing applications, APIs, data flows, and system behavior to build a clear understanding of how technology supports business processes.The position combines requirements analysis, technical investigation, documentation, backlog management, and user acceptance testing.You’ll help engineering teams move forward by resolving ambiguity and defining clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.The role also provides an opportunity to actively adopt AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity, quality, and team practices.You’ll work in a collaborative, evolving environment where curiosity, adaptability, client focus, and continuous learning are highly valued.
