This senior individual contributor role provides strategic and hands-on support for complex workplace and team member relations matters across a global, distributed organization.You will guide leaders through sensitive employee relations issues, performance management, investigations, and policy interpretation.The role involves independently managing higher-risk cases while partnering closely with Legal and People Business Partners.You will lead thorough investigations, analyze case trends, and translate findings into practical recommendations that reduce organizational risk.You will also help strengthen policies, programs, and practices that promote consistency, fairness, and a positive team member experience.Success requires sound judgment, discretion, empathy, strong communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.This is an opportunity to shape team member relations practices within a highly collaborative, remote-first, and globally diverse environment.
