Summary:
Lead preparation and review of complex tax returns, provide tax planning advice, mentor junior staff, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation and review of complex tax returns
• Provide tax planning and consulting services
• Mentor junior tax team members
• Conduct advanced tax research
• Manage client communications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA preferred
• 4+ years tax experience
• Strong leadership and client skills
