Senior Systems Engineer

This role provides technical leadership across enterprise infrastructure, with a focus on compute, storage, virtualization, backup, and Microsoft platforms.You will supervise a small systems team while helping define the architecture, roadmap, and operational standards for critical enterprise systems.The position combines hands-on engineering with strategic planning to improve reliability, performance, security, and supportability.You will work across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, VMware, enterprise storage, backup, and automation technologies.The role also involves close collaboration with cybersecurity, vendors, partners, and neighboring technical teams.You will translate business requirements into practical technical solutions while maintaining strong documentation, monitoring, and operational readiness.This is an opportunity to influence enterprise infrastructure strategy while remaining deeply engaged in day-to-day engineering and team development.
