This role is responsible for maintaining and evolving critical IT infrastructure across servers, networks, storage, cloud services, and virtualized environments.You will ensure systems remain secure, highly available, resilient, and optimized for performance across both on-premises and cloud environments.The position combines advanced technical troubleshooting with infrastructure management, automation, security, and disaster recovery.You will play a key role in supporting Windows and Linux environments as well as enterprise Citrix platforms.The role also involves collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable technology services and infrastructure improvements.You will contribute to major technology initiatives including migrations, upgrades, rollouts, and infrastructure modernization.This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex systems while helping improve operational efficiency, security, and service quality.
