Senior System Analyst, Managed Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior System Analyst, Managed Services based in India. As a Senior System Analyst, you’ll take ownership of critical Microsoft SQL Server database environments supporting enterprise applications across complex, multi-customer settings. You’ll lead database administration activities spanning installation, upgrades, performance tuning, security, and high availability/disaster recovery. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with responsibility for migrations, production support, and operational reliability across on-premises and cloud platforms. You’ll work with technologies including AWS and Azure while partnering with application, infrastructure, network, and business teams. You’ll also interact directly with clients, manage incidents through service-management tools, and coordinate technical resolutions.
