Senior Synon & Cobol400 Developer

This role offers an opportunity to work on critical healthcare and pharmacy technology platforms where reliability and technical expertise are essential.You’ll design, enhance, and support applications built on SYNON/COOL 2E, COBOL400, CL/400, CLLE, and DB2/400.A key focus will be supporting RxCLAIM and complex pharmacy claims adjudication processes.You’ll combine hands-on development with production troubleshooting, system analysis, testing, and application modernization.The role requires close collaboration with business analysts, QA teams, technical specialists, and healthcare and PBM stakeholders.You’ll work with complex legacy systems while helping evolve them to meet changing business and technical needs.For an experienced developer, this is a chance to take ownership of high-impact applications and provide technical leadership within a distributed team.
