Senior Substation and Transmission Estimator

Our partner is looking for a Senior Substation and Transmission Estimator based in the United States. The Senior Substation and Transmission Estimator will play a critical role in planning and budgeting complex electrical utility infrastructure projects across the United States. This position focuses on developing accurate, comprehensive cost estimates for substation, transmission line, and distribution projects ranging from 25kV to 765kV. You will combine technical engineering knowledge with cost analysis, project scheduling, and scope development to help clients make informed investment decisions. Working closely with engineering, project management, planning, and construction teams, you will contribute to projects from early conceptual design through preliminary funding approval. The role also involves reviewing estimates, coordinating supplemental project requirements, and mentoring junior estimators to strengthen team performance.
