Senior/Staff Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior/Staff Product Designer based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to shape digital products supporting U.S. Air Force modernization and organizational transformation.You’ll work across legacy modernization, new capability development, and established platforms in complex multi-vendor environments.As a primary advocate for users, you’ll influence both what gets built and how it is designed.You’ll own UI/UX design while contributing to research, product strategy, and end-to-end product development.The work combines human-centered design, systems thinking, and lean-agile delivery in a changing government environment.You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and government partners to create meaningful, accessible experiences.This is a fully remote role with occasional travel to Air Force bases across the United States.
