Senior Staff Engineer, ERP Oracle CPQ Technical Consultant

Our partner is looking for a Senior Staff Engineer, ERP Oracle CPQ Technical Consultant based in India. This is a senior technical leadership opportunity for an experienced Oracle CPQ professional working on complex enterprise transformation initiatives. You will lead end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementations, integrations, and technical solution design across critical business processes. The role combines deep hands-on expertise with architectural thinking, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership. You will work across configuration, pricing, commerce flows, approvals, document generation, and CRM/ERP integrations. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions while influencing technical direction. The position also offers the opportunity to mentor consultants, shape best practices, and collaborate with globally distributed teams.
